INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch Chinese broccoli (gai lan)
- 3/4 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbs water
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbs Chinese cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp seasame oil
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Trim Chinese broccoli ends. Steam for 4min over medium heat and remove.
- Mix sauce together.
- Reduce in sauce pan for 1 min.
- Add back Chinese broccoli, mix to coat, and serve.

Delicious over rice.
