INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder, heaping
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup (scant) maple syrup
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/3-2/3 cup chocolate chips, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Mix in canola oil, vanilla, maple syrup, milk. Batter should be a little thick
- Fill muffin tins until 3/4 full with batter
- Bake for 15min or until set.
Thoughts
Delicious and quick to put together. Don’t overfill the muffin tins so they fully cook. Optional to use cinnamon or bananas for flavoring.
