Thoughts
Remember to open all doors and turn on the fan before cooking so the fire alarm doesn’t go off again. Absolutely delicious steak and pairs with baked potato. Next time, I want to look up how to make a good pan sauce to go with the meal. 3 large ribeye steaks (~4.5lbs) was good for a large dinner and lunch (4 servings).
