Thoughts
Very flavorful, tasty, and delicious. Cook in 2 batches, serves well with steamed napa cabbage and rice. I marinated the night before in the fridge and allowed the meat to come to room temperature before cooking. I found ‘pork shoulder country style ribs boneless’ that I used for this recipe and sliced thinly myself.
