INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cans (16.30z) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8ct)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
- Mix sugar & cinnamon in large bowl
- Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces, put in cinnamon mixture, cover bowl and mix until biscuit pieces coated. Store in fridge before baking.
- Melt butter & dissolve brown sugar in. Use stove if necessary.
- Butter up 9×13 pan. Evenly spread cinnamon coated biscuits, pour brown sugar mixture over the biscuits.
- Bake for 37-40min or until pieces cooked through (~190F in middle).
Thoughts
Keep biscuits as cold as possible before baking. Flip out of pan to serve or brown sugar will stick to the bottom of the pan. Very sugary.
