Thoughts
An easy way to add more fresh veggies into the meal rotation. I just chose a different subset of the ingredients and mixed together to keep the salads different. Fast to put together and filling. Add or subtract ingredients based on what’s available and what you like in salads. One box of salad greens = ~5-7 salads.
