INGREDIENTS
- 2.5-3.5lb chicken thighs (~8), boneless & skinless
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1.5 tbs soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least 30min.
- Mince garlic. Mix together honey, chicken broth, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Heat oil in pan to medium high heat. Cook chicken thighs for 5min/side or until fully cooked (165 deg F). Drain excess oil.
- Add in garlic between chicken and cook for 30sec. Add in honey sauce and cook until sauce reduces down, 3-4min. If needed, remove chicken and continue reducing sauce for ~5min.
Thoughts
Absolutely delicious chicken, serve with rice + roasted veggies
