INGREDIENTS
- Sesame oil + vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 head Taiwanese cabbage, chopped
- Rice wine
- Rice vinegar
- Soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in large pan on high. Add in garlic and sauté until browned.
- Add in cabbage, and a splash of rice wine, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Sauté on high until cabbage is softened.
