INGREDIENTS

  • Sesame oil + vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 head Taiwanese cabbage, chopped
  • Rice wine
  • Rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in large pan on high. Add in garlic and sauté until browned.
  2. Add in cabbage, and a splash of rice wine, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
  3. Sauté on high until cabbage is softened.
