INGREDIENTS
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 head broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 cup Gruyere, grated
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 deg C.
- Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bit sized florets. Lightly season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20min. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5min or until top is golden.
