Cauliflower, mushroom, tofu stir-fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head cauliflower, in florets
  • 1 tube egg tofu
  • 6oz Fried tofu puffs
  • 7oz / 200g Enoki mushroom
  • 6oz Baby oyster mushroom
  • 150g Brown shimeji mushroom

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice egg tofu and try until golden on each side.
  2. Cut up cauliflower, mushrooms, and fried tofu.
  3. Saute mushrooms until softened.
  4. Steam cauliflower with soy sauce or oyster sauce for 5min or until softened.
  5. Add in mushrooms, egg tofu, and fried tofu.

Thoughts
Fast stir-fry to whip together. Serve with rice.
