INGREDIENTS
- 1 head cauliflower, in florets
- 1 tube egg tofu
- 6oz Fried tofu puffs
- 7oz / 200g Enoki mushroom
- 6oz Baby oyster mushroom
- 150g Brown shimeji mushroom
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice egg tofu and try until golden on each side.
- Cut up cauliflower, mushrooms, and fried tofu.
- Saute mushrooms until softened.
- Steam cauliflower with soy sauce or oyster sauce for 5min or until softened.
- Add in mushrooms, egg tofu, and fried tofu.
Thoughts
Fast stir-fry to whip together. Serve with rice.
