INGREDIENTS
- 15oz canned pumpkin
- 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1x 9″ unbaked pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 deg F.
- Whisk together all the ingredients. Perforate crust and pour in filling.
- Bake for 15min.
- Reduce temperature to 350 deg F and bake for 35-40min or until filling is firm.
- Allow to cool for 20min before serving.
Thoughts
Super fast to whip together and delicious. Remember to perforate the crust before baking to prevent the dooming of the filling right after coming out of the oven. Allow pie to cool for the filling to set.
