Garlic Green Beans

INGREDIENTS
2lb green beans
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Rice wine
1/3 cup Dark soy sauce
1/2 tbs Sesame oil

Optional
Ginger
Red chili flakes

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Chop ends of green beans off and wash.
2. Mince garlic.
3. In large pan on high heat, add in rice wine, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil.
4. When the pan is hot, add green beans and cover. Steam for 8 min.
5. Add in garlic and continue cooking without lid until desired softness (3-6min). If too much liquid evaporates, add in additional water.
