INGREDIENTS
7 limes (~1.5 cups juice)
1 cup honey
1 tbs white sugar
1 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Roll limes on the counter with your hands to soften the inside.
2. Slice limes in half and juice. Pour all of the lime juice into a pitcher. Add 1 quart of water.
3. In a separate bowl, add honey, sugar, salt, and 1 cup water. Microwave until all contents are dissolved. Pour into the pitcher.
4. Adjust to taste by adding more water or sweetness.
5. Chill then serve.

Thoughts
Perfect for using up the leftover limes. A word to the wise though, limes are super hard to juice, even with a spoon. It’s a secret arm workout. And adding the salt really made a difference with the taste, though it’s still missing something. Also, adding honey turns the whole mixture more yellow.
