INGREDIENTS
- 14 small red potatoes (2-3 lb)
- Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Grated parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450 deg F.
- Slice potatoes 1/4″ thick and coat with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
- Layout in a single layer.
- Bake for 15min on each side.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and brown for 5min.
Thoughts
This was a fun new potato recipe. The seasoning balance was not quite what I wanted.
