Parmesan Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 14 small red potatoes (2-3 lb)
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 deg F.
  2. Slice potatoes 1/4″ thick and coat with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
  3. Layout in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 15min on each side.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and brown for 5min. 

Thoughts
This was a fun new potato recipe. The seasoning balance was not quite what I wanted.
