Pecan pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1.5 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1x 9″ unbaked / frozen pie crust

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
  2. Mix together butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and corn syrup.
  3. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake for 60-70min. Cool before serving. 

Thoughts
Very fast and easy to whip together. I’m not a big fan of pecan pie but my friends enjoyed it.
