INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1.5 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1x 9″ unbaked / frozen pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
- Mix together butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and corn syrup.
- Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 60-70min. Cool before serving.
Thoughts
Very fast and easy to whip together. I’m not a big fan of pecan pie but my friends enjoyed it.
