- 2-3 tbs butter, melted
- 8 oz brie, 8 slices
- 8 slices prosciutto
- Honey
- Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
- For each roll
- Layout 1 sheet of phyllo dough. Brush half with melted butter. Fold in half short ends together.
- On the short end of the rectangle, lay out 1 slice prosciutto and 1 piece of brie.
- Roll up like a burrito.
- Brush top of roll with butter.
- Bake for 20-25min or until golden brown. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle salt & pepper.
Thoughts
The prosciutto and brie made each roll very salty, I had to use a lot of honey to even it out. The cheese ended up leaking out of each roll. I buttered each sheet before folding in half. It was fun to try, not sure I would make it again.
