  • 8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
  • 2-3 tbs butter, melted
  • 8 oz brie, 8 slices
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • Honey
  • Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
  2. For each roll
  3. Layout 1 sheet of phyllo dough. Brush half with melted butter. Fold in half short ends together.
  4. On the short end of the rectangle, lay out 1 slice prosciutto and 1 piece of brie.
  5. Roll up like a burrito.
  6. Brush top of roll with butter.
  7. Bake for 20-25min or until golden brown. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle salt & pepper.

Thoughts
The prosciutto and brie made each roll very salty, I had to use a lot of honey to even it out. The cheese ended up leaking out of each roll. I buttered each sheet before folding in half. It was fun to try, not sure I would make it again.
