INGREDIENTS
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1lb carrots, 1/2″ sticks
- 1/b parsnips, 1/2″ sticks
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs thyme
- 1.5 tbs honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Prepare carrots and parsnips.
- Cook vegetables, salt, and pepper in skillet. Stir occasionally until golden, 15-20min.
- Reduce heat to low. Mix in butter, thyme, and honey.
