Edamame cranberry feta salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups edamame, defrosted
  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1tbs olive oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Defrost edamame and cool.
  2. Mix together edamame, cranberries, olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Mix in feta.
  4. Keep cool before serving.
