INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups edamame, defrosted
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1tbs olive oil
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup feta
INSTRUCTIONS
- Defrost edamame and cool.
- Mix together edamame, cranberries, olive oil, and pepper.
- Mix in feta.
- Keep cool before serving.
