INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 6 chicken thighs, bone & skin
- 1″ ginger, peeled & sliced
- Salt
- White pepper
- Green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse rice.
- In a large pot, add in rice, chicken broth, water, chicken thighs.
- Boil, then simmer covered for 1 hour. Add more liquid if necessary.
- Shred chicken and return to pot. Salt to taste.
- Garnish with green onions & white pepper.
