Salt and pepper popcorn

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup kernels
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in large pot on high. Put a few kernels in the pot.
  2. When the kernels in the pot pop, add in all kernels. Keep pot covered and shake over the heat until all kernels have popped 2-3min.
  3. Immediately pour into the popcorn bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

Thoughts
A fast snack. To make kettle corn, use a 2:1 ratio of kernels to sugar. Add sugar while the adding in the kernels.
