Thoughts
Fast, beautiful, and delicious. I used Trader Joe’s 72% dark chocolate (28 squares). Make sure both chocolate layers and toppings are poured/ combined before chocolate hardens so all the layers will stick together. Other toppings besides peppermint would also work well or no toppings at all. The marbling effect on the top makes it very picturesque. I also used a butter knife to help break up the big slab into smaller pieces.
