INGREDIENTS
1 lemon
2 mandarin oranges
1″ ginger, peeled
2 branches rosemary
2 liters/quarts water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice lemon and mandarin oranges, remove all seeds.
2. Peel ginger and slice
3. Add all ingredients into the pitcher. Use a ladle to squeeze out some of the juice from the lemon and oranges.
4. Add in water, stir, and enjoy. Best if consumed within a few days
Thoughts
An excellent way to use up a leftover lemon. The water is a little pulpy which I don’t mind. The flavors also meld more nicely after overnight in the fridge.
