Black bean pork ribs

INGREDIENTS

  • 3.5lb pork spare ribs, cut into 1/3’s
  • 2 large spoonfuls black bean garlic sauce
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut ribs into individual bones. Prep jalapeno.
  2. Mix together ribs with sauce and jalapenos.
  3. Steam for 30min.

Thoughts
Takes 2 bowls to steam 3.5lb ribs. The sauce goes well as a noodle soup base or to saute veggies.
